Currently under construction in Castlecrag, 100 Sugarloaf Crescent is a highly considered residential build defined by expressive concrete forms, sweeping curves and a carefully layered architectural composition.

The structure brings together off-form concrete, curved walls and expansive openings to create a home that feels both substantial and fluid.
