A SCULPTURAL RESIDENCE SHAPED BY CONCRETE, CURVE AND CONNECTION, WHERE BOLD ARCHITECTURAL FORMS ARE BALANCED BY LIGHT, LANDSCAPE AND A STRONG SENSE OF PLACE.

Currently under construction in Castlecrag, 100 Sugarloaf Crescent is a highly considered residential build defined by expressive concrete forms, sweeping curves and a carefully layered architectural composition.

The structure brings together off-form concrete, curved walls and expansive openings to create a home that feels both substantial and fluid. Each element is being executed with close attention to formwork, junctions and finish, ensuring the architectural intent is carried through from the underlying structure to the final built outcome.

Designed to respond naturally to its setting, the residence balances strength and permanence with light, movement and connection to the surrounding landscape. As construction progresses, the project is beginning to reveal a distinctive home with a bold material language and a refined, enduring presence.
